The process starts after you finished adding items to your cart and ready for check out. You are then required to confirm your shipment address and submit your credit card number. We guarantee of delivering items to your stated address anywhere in the world by the premium service of DHL.

Product Guarantee and Return Policy
Each product is guaranteed for its quality. If the product does not meet your satisfaction or was damaged during shipment, please let us know and return the product within 7 days' delivery. Siam Magic.com consequently would replace the same type of product with a new one within another 7 workdays.
In case of product damages occurred during shipment, please contact the company at once and return the following product within 7 days. You will be sent replacement under the condition as follow:

- The replacement product must have an equivalent not higher cost to the one returned. (In terms of higher cost, the remaining amount is required for payment.)

In order to return the product resulted from shipping errors, for instance, the product received is not the one you ordered, is damaged, or does not follow proper commercial customs, please contact our customer service department through the following addresses.
